Refunds and exchanges can be made as long as they are within our guidelines. We aim to make sure you are happy with your purchase and customer service.
What is the timeframe after purchasing that I can return an item?
All returned items must be received by us within 14-days of receipt.
How do I return makeup / cosmetic products?
Our cosmetic products can not be refunded due to our strict hygiene regulations we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the basis of unwanted or indecisive choice. Unfortunately all makeup refunds are not permitted on any grounds.
What if my item is damaged / faulty?
If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. We will of course exchange or refund this for you.
When returning, we advise consumers to return item(s) via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that we do not receive back.
Please note: shipping fees for returning will not be re-embursed. We will only accept liable charges and responsibility if there was an error/issues on our end.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable and all items must be returned in their original packaging and should not be opened or tampered with by any means.
